Amelia’s work revolves around an obsession with scavenged sheep bones. She finds particular interest in the way they can be reconstructed into monsters with flexible allegorical meanings, which she leaves up to the viewer to interpret. Amelia has recently become more interested in the female body and its destruction and commodification in popular culture, as well as fossils and the smallness of humanity in the scope of earth's history.
